CAMEO | Secondary Structure

CAMEO - Continuous Automated Model Evaluation - evaluates secondary structure prediction results from registered servers against reference structures released by the PDB on a weekly basis by sending out the protein sequences on friday, while the reference structures will be released the earliest following Wednesday by the PDB.
