CAMEO - Continuous Automated Model Evaluation - evaluates ligand binding site prediction results from registered servers against reference structures released by the PDB on a weekly basis.

Figure 1: Average accuracy (ROC Area Under the Curve) vs. percentage of predicted targets, calculated as the average over all assessed categories (main plot) and for each of the four ligand categories individually (small tiles for categories I, O, P, N). The diameter of the data points indicates the response time of the respective server.
